Mr. Luis Avila is a Director of Operations (Non-clinical) in behavioral health whose professional work focuses on partnering with different departments to ensure effective and efficient supporting services are provide to enhance quality healthcare.  Luis was born and raised in the Central Valley and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California.  He represents district Zone 1 and was elected to the Board in November of 2020 with his term ending in December 2024.
