Mr. Timothy Benefield is the pastor of Golden Valley Baptist Church in Patterson. His professional background has centered around education and church ministry since college. Timothy has spent most of his life in the San Joaquin Valley. He and his family moved to Patterson in 2011 to start Golden Valley Baptist Church.  Mr. Benefield has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Heartland Baptist Bible College in Oklahoma and a Master’s Degree from Golden State Baptist College in Santa Clara, California. He represents Zone 3 and was appointed to that position by the DPHCD board in 2023. His term ends in December 2024.
